After January 2 this year, it opened an informal and entertaining the new pedestrian Santa Teresita in the Partido de La Costa, tourists and almost all traders are optimistic about this new evening stroll. 
the first day, Mayor Juan Pablo de Jesus with officials, toured the 5 blocks enabled the promenade and there was a chance to talk with tourists and traders who bet on the draft submitted by Councillor Albert Smith.

people who choose to walk around the mall in this town, is the other alternative, to enjoy the tranquility offered by this new drive enabled from 20 pm until 2 am. They develop different show street performers, circus, magic and singers, among others, make this avenue a tour to enjoy alone or with family. there merchants appreciate this opportunity because they use to deliver their products to people walking by looking at the windows, that previously had not been done by that avenue so busy.
Other advantages offered by this pedestrian mall is offering tourists and residents the chance to walk more quiet in the pedestrian lane 2 that parallels the waterfront.
with courtesy lights and benches on the sidewalks, are conducive to stop and to watch their children while they entertain with a show. 
Santa Teresita, is generating many changes in recent years and it shows in the cleanliness of the streets downtown, in front of new businesses.
