Lieutenant Mariano Forgit DIED IN PLANE CRASH
The September 11, 1943, the American Conference of Education meets in Panama and determines that this is the date to commemorate Latin America Teacher's Day. It had been 55 years of his death, in the Republic Paraguay neighbor. Historians say that since that date, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento went on to immortality.
